The main coastal resort. Sliema is a centre for shopping, restaurants, and café life.

San Anton Gardens

Ta’Qali Crafts Village and Aviation Museum

The third-largest unsupported church dome in Europe. Mosta Dome /The Rotunda/ became popular after a dropped bomb failed to explode and thus spared the lives of some 300 people in WWII.

Mdina and Rabat / Mdina Gate/   

Mdina is the old capital of Malta and its origins may be traced back to 1500BC. Also known as The Silent City, Mdina is one of Europe’s finest examples of an ancient walled city and extraordinary in its mix of Medieval and Baroque architecture. Rabat played a major role in Malta’s history. The most popular places for instance are The Domus Romana Museum and St.Paul’s Catacombs.

Mgarr

Mgarr is a typical rural village. It is surrounded by rich farmland. The area is ideal for country walks and has several picturesque spots. Mgarr’s parish church dedicated to St.Mary was built in 1912.

Golden Bay

One of the island’s beautiful sandy beaches.

St.Paul’s Bay 

Originated as a fishing harbour, St.Paul’s Bay is home to the oldest standing watchtower of the period of the Knights of St.John. The tour offers you magnificent views and photo opportunities of St.Paul’s island.

Bugibba Square

Bugibba and its neighbours Qawra and St.Paul’s Bay are Malta’s largest seaside resort towns. The coastline has been developed into a distinct resort with hotels and numerous holiday flats and restaurants.

  • The return transport is provided from Sliema Ferries at 15:00 hrs, 16:00 hrs & 18:00 hrs from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday at 15:00 hrs & 17:00 hrs. It might be provided with any Malta sightseeing double-decker bus or Supreme travel coach. However, it is always better to ask the driver.
